Answer:
Articles Prohibited from Carrying by Passengers
1. Prohibited Firearms: Article 262 of Macao Criminal Code and Decree No. 77/99/M
 
1.1. Guns, military guns or police weapons (including major parts)
1.2. Military weapons, police weapons: pistol, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, anti-riot guns, batons, etc.
1.3. Civilian guns: compressed air guns, shotguns, sport guns, anesthetic guns, starting pistols, etc.
1.4.
Other guns: sample guns, bows and arrows, crossbows and arrows, prop guns, harpoon guns, spear guns, daggers, bayonets, ball bearing guns, tear gas pistols, stun guns, tasers, self defence devices, etc.
2. Knives and Axes:
 
2.1.
Daggers, triangular scrapers, single-edged knives, double-edged knives, including the controlled knives such as bowie knives, broadswords, boot knives that are carried or used by the minorities owing to their habits and customs
2.2. Knives for daily use such as kitchen knives, shears, paring knives
2.3. Knives for professional use such as scalpels, butcher’s knives, carving knives
2.4.
Knives, spears, swords, halberds, etc. for martial art performance
2.5.
Axes, chisels, hammers, awls, sticks of extra weight or with sharp points, etc.
2.6.
Fruit knives, scissors, cutters (with blades not longer than 10cm) are conditionally allowed within the limitation of quantity
3. Explosives:
 
3.1.
Ammunition: bombs, grenades, flares, napalm bombs, smoke bombs, signal rockets, tear shells, gas bombs, bullets (blank ammunition, combat ammunition, check bullets, training bullets) etc.
3.2. Demolition materials: dynamites, detonators, fuses, initiators, detonating systems, blasting agents, etc.
3.3. Pyrotechnic objects: display shells, fireworks, crackers, etc.
4. Inflammables:
 
4.1.
Flammable gases: butane, liquid nitrogen, natural gas, oxygen cylinder, compressed gas, chemical tear gas
4.2.
Flammable liquids and solids: lighter fuel, yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, magnesium aluminum powder (highly flammable materials when wet by water), petrol, kerosene, diesel, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), oil paint, flashlight powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, etc.
4.3. Lighters and matches are conditionally allowed within the limitation of quantity
5. Aerosols:
 
5.1.
Aerosols over 300ml are not allowed, even though the container is only part-filled
5.2.
Aerosols for daily private use and less than 300ml are allowed (e.g. shaving cream, hair spray, cream, lotion, atomizing products, antiperspirants, perfume, etc.)
6. Toxic Substances: e.g. arsenic, cyanide, pesticide, highly toxic chemicals
7.
Erosive Substances: e.g. sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, flow batteries, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, mercury, etc.
8.
Radioactive Substances: Radioactive isotopes, etc.
9.
Other Hazardous Substances: Materials with strong irritating odor, used needles, etc.
10.
Other substances prohibited by laws and regulations

Note:
Household substances such as insecticide, gas, oil paint, mineral turpentine, methylated spirits, gas cylinders, ovens, drain clog dissolver, bleacher, flammable glue and aerosols have potential danger.
If you plan to carry such potentially dangerous substances, please check if there is a dangerous goods label (as show below) on the packaging first. If there is such a label, please carefully consider whether you really have a need to carry the substance or you can buy it at the destination.
