Question:
If the travel document used for entry to Macao is inconsistent with the one specified on the “Entry Permit”, will the holder of the “Entry Permit” be refused entry?
Answer:
If a non-resident who possesses an “Entry Permit” has his or her travel document renewed before coming to Macao, he or she should notify the Non-resident Workers Subdivision of our Residence and Stay Affairs Department immediately for update of the relevant information. Otherwise, the non-resident will only be treated as an ordinary visitor when he or she enters Macao with the “Entry Permit”.
