Employment agencies and employment entities not making applications through an employment agency may open an account for their representatives to use the ‘Online Application System for Non-resident Workers’. Applicants can simply submit a “Representative Registration Form” to the Non-resident Workers Subdivision of our Department. Eligible applicants will be given an individual login ID and password, with which they can login the online system and start using our service. If an employment entity assigns 5 staff to use our ‘Online Application System for Non-resident Workers’, each of the 5 staff has to apply for an exclusive account. Please note that employment entities which have authorized an employment agency to make applications do not have to open their own accounts. |
