Question:
Can I apply for a Macao Resident Identity Card while I collect the Residence Authorization Certificate issued by the Residence and Stay Affairs Department?
Answer:
No, you cannot. It is the competence of the Identification Services Bureau to issue a Macao Resident Identity Card.
