Answer: According to Term 1, Article 36 of Administrative Regulation No. 38/2021, persons granted Residence Authorization should renew it in the first 60 days of the 120 days before its expiry. If renewal is made in the last 60 days, a corresponding fee for deferred renewal should be paid (according to Term 3, Article 40 of the same administrative regulation, MOP2000 in the first 30 days and MOP5000 in the last 30 days).   Previous Page
