Answer: According to Terms 2 and 3, Article 3 of Administrative Regulation No. 38/2021, if there is no reason to make a rejection outright, the Public Security Police Force will accept the application and inform the interest person of the rectifiable insufficiencies or irregularities that are found in the application or the documents submitted.
