Question:
Can a Mainland resident who studies abroad have visa-free access to Macao if he holds a valid Chinese passport, a student visa and a resident card of a foreign country?
Answer:
If a Chinese passport holder has a legal residence permit or visa of a foreign country (including a work or student visa), he or she should have a valid entry visa of the foreign country in the passport and a transport document (e.g. flight ticket) in order to be admitted to Macao on transit basis.
