Can passengers use the “One-stop Joint Services Lanes” within the Hengqin Port if they have already registered for the “Smart Immigration Clearance” at the joint inspection automated channels within the Passenger Inspection Halls of the Gongbei Port, Shenzhen Bay Port or Hengqin Port, or at the conventional vehicle lanes within the Zhuhai immigration?

Answer:

No. Previous registration of the “Smart Immigration Clearance” at the joint inspection automated channels or at other ports fails to cover the requirements for the One-stop Joint Services Lanes. Passengers have to register separately at the One-stop Joint Services Lanes within the Hengqin Port, before they can use the Document-free Immigration Clearance available for the One-stop Joint Services Lanes.
