To register for the immigration clearance at the One-stop Joint Services Lanes at Hengqin Port (the travel direction of Macao-Hengqin or vice versa), eligible drivers should submit and verify their valid identity documents with the “one-stop personal data collection kiosk” according to its instructions. Accordingly, registrants shall proceed to submitting and verifying their fingerprint and facial data. Followed by carefully reviewing the “Registration Declaration for ‘Smart Immigration Clearance’ via the One-stop Joint Service Lanes”, they must select ‘Agree’ to proceed the registration. Once the border inspection authorities of both Macao and the Mainland China successfully received the registration data, the passengers’ registration process is completed.

Drivers can complete their registration for the “Smart Immigration Clearance” at the One-stop Joint Services Lanes at the Hengqin Port, irrespective of whether the travel direction is from Macao to Hengqin or vice versa.
