Can a registered user of the “Smart Immigration Clearance” (Document-free Immigration Clearance) at the “joint inspection automated channels” request cancellation?
Answer:
Cancellation by the individuals who have registered for the “Smart Immigration Clearance” can be carried out, in person, at any of the designated service locations of the Public Security Police Force. If cancellation is applied for by a minor, the parent or guardian must accompany the minor and provide the minor’s clearance identity document and the respective proof of relationship, when applying to cancel at any designated service locations of the Public Security Police Force.
