At present, the Smart Immigration Clearance service is only provided at the joint inspection automated channels installed at the Hengqin Port (Passenger Inspection Hall and Immigration Clearance Hall for On-board Passengers), the Qingmao Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port (Zhuhai-Macao Passenger Inspection Hall). After registration, passengers can use any of the above 3 joint inspection ports.
Note: The Smart Immigration Clearance service is also provided at the one-stop joint services lanes at the Hengqin Port. However, it should be noted that there is no sharing of passenger information registered for Smart Immigration Clearance at the lanes and passenger information registered for Smart Immigration Clearance at the automated channels installed at the Passenger Inspection Hall. Separate registration is required.
