Question:
After passengers have registered for the Smart Immigration Clearance service at the Gongbei Port and the Shenzhen Bay Port, can they use this service at the joint inspection automated channels installed at the Hengqin Port, the Qingmao Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port?
Answer:
No. The passenger information registered at the “traditional two-gate automated channels” at the ports on the Mainland is not applicable at the Hengqin Port, the Qingmao Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port. Passengers have to register at the joint inspection automated channels installed at the above 3 joint inspection ports.
