What document should I use if undergoing immigration clearance through the “joint inspection automated channels” installed at the Hengqin Port or the Zhuhai-Macao Passenger Inspection Halls of the port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge? Answer: When clearing immigration through the “joint inspection automated channels” installed at any of the ports aforementioned, the appropriate identification document for the region of entry must be presented. Specifically, Macao residents of foreign nationality should use their foreign passports when traveling to Hengqin/Zhuhai and their Macao Resident Identity Cards when returning to Macao. For other foreign nationals, foreign passports are used for travel to and from Hengqin/Macao or Zhuhai/Macao.   Previous Page
