Can my registration be cancelled? Answer: If you do not want to use iris recognition for immigration clearance anymore, you can choose to go through immigration at the general automated channels. Persons who have registered their iris biometrics and need to cancel the registration may seek assistance from the police officers on duty at the ports where iris recognition service is provided.
