Question:
I have chosen “NOT AGREE” to register my iris biometrics when I used the “iris automated channel” before. Now that I want to register for the service, what should I do?
Answer:
If passengers have previously chosen “NOT AGREE” to register their iris biometrics at the “iris automated channel”, they can do the registration the next time they use the “iris automated channel” that equipped with the registration function. Or they can go to the counters for manual registration of their iris biometrics at the designated ports during service hours (see Question 2). If passengers have already chosen “NOT AGREE” to register their iris biometrics twice before, the system will no longer display the message of registration of iris biometrics for immigration clearance when they use the “iris automated channel” again. If they want to register for the service, they may go to the counters for manual registration.
