Question:
I previously selected “Disagree” regarding the registration of my iris biometrics when using the “iris automated channels”. Now that I wish to proceed with the registration, what should I do?
Answer:
If passengers have previously selected “Disagree” when prompted to register their iris biometrics at the “iris automated channels”, they may proceed with the registration the next time they use the “iris automated channels” installed with the self-registration function. Alternatively, they may proceed to the designated counters for manual registration at the ports within the specified hours (see Question 2) to register their iris biometrics. If passengers have previously selected “Disagree” when prompted to register their iris biometrics on two occasions, the system will no longer display the prompt for iris biometrics registration when they subsequently use the “iris automated channels” for immigration clearance. Should they thereafter wish to register for the “iris automated channels”, they can visit the counters for manual registration to complete the process.
