Report of Loss and Reissue of Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card
Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card is damaged

Eligible non-resident workers are granted a Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card (Non-resident Worker’s Card in short), which entitles them to enjoy legal employment and stay in Macao and can be used as an entry / departure document in Macao.

If the Non-resident Worker’s Card is damaged, the non-resident worker is required to bring along the documents listed below to the Non-resident Workers Subdivision of the Immigration Department Office Building at Pac On in person to get a number tag for the application for reissue of the Card:

1. Application letter (stating the reason for application for reissue of the Card);
2. Copy of valid passport / travel document / Exit Permit or identification document used for entry to and departure from Macao;
3. 1 recent colour photo of 1.5-inch, full face, no-hat, white-background.

Upon submission of the above documents and payment of a fee of MOP200, the Subdivision concerned will issue a Revenue Receipt to the non-resident worker, who may collect the Non-resident Worker’s Card at either the Immigration Department or the Centro de Serviços da RAEM at Areia Preta by presenting the Revenue Receipt on the designated date. The non-resident worker may also authorize a third party to collect the Card on his / her behalf by completing a Letter of Authorization.

Reminder
Number tags at the Non-resident Workers Subdivision of the Immigration Department are dispensed until 16:30. Non-resident workers should get a number tag before that time in order to make an application;
