Passengers who no longer wish to use iris automated immigration clearance may opt out of the service, even if they have previously registered their iris biometrics. They may instead proceed through the general automated channels for immigration clearance. Those who wish to cancel their iris biometrics registration may seek assistance from the on-duty police officer at any port where manual iris biometrics registration is available. The registered iris biometrics will be cancelled within one working day upon the completion and submission of the application form. |
