探討智慧警務與智慧交通數據融合改善交通擠塞

摘要：
受惠於粵港澳大灣區總體政策推動，澳門特區經濟迅速發展，然而交通擠塞也日益凸顯，為解決有關問題，應推進智慧交通和智慧警務的數據融合和應用。建設城市智慧交通系統以改善交通擠塞問題，需通過融合警務部門與交通管理範疇部門的數據資源，建立合作機制，實現信息共用。本文從借鑑毗鄰智慧警務與智慧交通數據融合解決交通擠塞之四個實踐經驗，進而探討澳門特區的智慧警務與智慧交通發展進程，提出全面提升澳門智慧警務與智慧交通數據融合以改善交通擠塞的三大策略，最後以數據融合方式為依託，提出利用澳門特區智慧警務與智慧交通數據融合改善交通問題之策略。

Discussion on the Integration of Smart Policing and Smart Transportation Data with an Aim to Mitigate Traffic Congestion

Abstract：
Benefiting from the overall policies for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the economy of the Macao SAR has developed rapidly; however, traffic congestion has become a growing problem. In order to help mitigate traffic congestion, the integration and application of the data concerning smart transportation and smart policing should be promoted. Building a smart urban transportation system with an aim to reduce traffic congestion requires the integration of data resources from the police department and the transportation department which enables the establishment of a cooperation mechanism and sharing of information between the two departments. Referencing the four practical experiences of how the neighboring region has addressed the traffic congestion problem through the integration of smart policing and smart transportation data, this article discusses the development process of smart policing and smart transportation in the Macao SAR, puts forward three main strategies for comprehensively strengthening the integration of smart policing and smart transportation data in Macao in order to alleviate traffic congestion, and lastly, proposes the strategies for assuaging traffic congestion in the Macao SAR using different smart policing and smart transportation data integration methods.
