澳門囚犯服刑處遇的理論與實踐——以路環監獄為例

摘要：
處遇，有治療的意思，指運用在監獄服刑期間，對服刑人所安排的各項矯治措施，藉由多樣化的矯正措施改正受刑人的犯罪價值觀，如宗教處遇、作業處遇以及運動處遇等。本文以路環監獄為例，談論監獄是如何制定處遇措施，如何透過服刑處遇改變及矯治囚犯的行為及心態。適當的服刑處遇可提高囚犯社會化的基本素質，有助社會重返工作，從而達致減低重犯率的目標。

Theory and Practice of Correctional Treatment for Inmates in Macao – A Case Study of Coloane Prison

Abstract：
“Correctional treatment” carries the meaning of intervention and therapeutic measures, referring to the diversity of rehabilitative programs (such as religious programs, vocational training, and sports activities) implemented for persons serving sentences in prison in order to correct their criminal values. This article uses Coloane Prison as a case study to discuss how correctional treatment measures are formulated in prisons, as well as how these measures are employed to transform inmates’ behaviors and mindsets. Proper correctional treatment can enhance inmates’ fundamental capacity for socialization, facilitate their reintegration into society, and ultimately reduce recidivism rates.
