社會支持視角下電信網絡詐騙被害預防研究

摘要：
當前電信網絡詐騙案件高發，給群眾財產安全和社會穩定帶來了巨大威脅。根據被害性理論，社會支持是影響和制約電信網絡詐騙被害的重要因素。在社會支持視角下探討電信網絡詐騙被害預防對策具有重要意義。使用領悟社會支持量表和自編生活方式問卷對7,729名電信網絡詐騙被害人和非被害人進行調查，考察社會支持對電信網絡詐騙被害的影響以及生活方式在其中的作用。數據分析顯示，男性及單身群體更容易被騙，社會支持與電信網絡詐騙被害呈顯著負相關，生活方式在社會支持與電信網絡詐騙被害間起到部分中介作用。據此提出強化重點人群防範宣傳、優化日常宣傳教育內容和建立被害人支持服務團隊的被害預防對策建議。

The Victimization Prevention of Telecommunication and Internet Fraud from the Perspective of Social Support

Abstract：
Currently, telecommunication and internet fraud cases are on the rise, which brings a significant threat to the public’s financial security and social stability. According to victimology theory, social support is an important factor of influencing and constraining telecommunication and internet fraud victims. It is a great significance to explore the preventive measures for telecommunication and internet fraud victims from the perspective of social support. A survey is conducted by using the Perceived Social Support Scale and a self-designed lifestyle questionnaire on 7,729 victims and non-victims of telecommunication and internet fraud, to investigate the impact of social support on telecommunication and internet fraud victimization and the role of lifestyle in this context. Data analysis result shows that males and singles groups are more susceptible to deception, social support is significantly negatively correlated with telecommunications and network fraud victimization, furthermore, lifestyle plays a partial mediating role between social support and telecommunication and internet fraud victimization. Accordingly, recommendations are made to strengthen preventive propaganda of focus groups, optimize the content of daily propaganda education, and establish a victim support service team for preventive measures against victimization.
