公安工作現代化背景下的公安機關柔性執法探究

摘要：
公安工作的現代化為柔性執法提供了更為有利的實施條件，也對柔性執法提出了更高的要求。公安機關作為執法主體，如何採用更人性化智能化的靈活執法方式，提升執法效果以及提高人民滿意度，是公安工作現代化的應有之義。我國公安機關柔性執法有着堅實的理論基礎和實踐根基，在努力走出困境並探索實踐路徑之後，能夠更大限度尊重和保護人權，促進社會和諧穩定。

Research on Flexible Law Enforcement of Public Security Organs under the Background of Modernization of Public Security Work

Abstract：
The moder nizat ion of public secur it y work not only prov ides more favora ble condit ions for the implementation of flexible law enforcement, but also sets higher requirements for it. As the main body of law enforcement, public security organs should adopt flexible law enforcement methods that are more humane and intelligent in order to improve law enforcement effectiveness and increase people’s satisfaction, which is the inherent meaning of modernization of public security work. China’s public security organs have a solid theoretical foundation and practical basis for flexible law enforcement. By trying to get out of the dilemma and exploring the practical path, public security organs can respect and protect human rights to a greater extent and promote social harmony and stability.
