智慧交通導向下澳門交通擁堵治理研究

摘要：
澳門經濟快速發展，交通需求與市民車輛保有率持續上升，但澳門面積小，城市路網資源不足，交 通供需失衡日趨明顯。另外，旅遊及博彩業帶來大量旅客與外來人口，進一步加重交通負荷，對澳門的可 持續發展與國際旅遊休閒中心的形象造成不利影響。為破解擁堵難題，以大數據、人工智能、物聯網為支 撐的智慧交通系統成為重要突破口。本文梳理智慧交通治理交通擁堵的相關文獻，總結現有研究成果與不 足，結合澳門實際提出治理思路，為澳門交通擁堵治理提供理論依據與實踐參考。

Research on Traffic Congestion Management in Macao Under the Guidance of Smart Transportation

Abstract：
A s a small r egion, M acao h as w itnessed a s urge i n t ransport d emand a nd v ehicle o wnership a mid r apid economic growth. Constrained by limited road networks, the imbalance between transport supply and demand has become increasingly severe. The large influx of tourists and migrant population driven by tourism and gaming has further burdened the transport system, challenging the city’s sustainable development and its image as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure. To address congestion problems, intelligent transport systems supported by big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things provide an effect solution. This paper reviews relevant literature on intelligent transport-based urban congestion management, summarizes existing research findings and shortcomings, and proposes targeted strategies for Macao, aiming to offer a theoretical basis and practical reference for alleviating traffic congestion in the city.
