高分子材料在刑事偵查實務中的應用研究進展

摘要：
刑事偵查作為打擊犯罪、維護社會公平正義的關鍵環節，其技術手段的革新與科學技術的發展密切 相關。高分子材料因其獨特的物理化學性能、可設計性及功能多樣性，在刑事偵查領域的應用日益廣泛且 深入，為解決複雜案件與提升偵查效率提供了重要技術支撐。本文系統梳理了高分子材料在刑事偵查實務 中的應用，包括物證提取與保存、痕跡顯現與增強、偵查器材製備、毒品等違禁品檢測、現場防護與污染 控制等方面，詳細闡述了各類高分子材料的作用機制、技術優勢及應用實例。同時，分析了當前高分子材料 應用在刑事偵查實務中所面臨的問題與挑戰，並結合材料科學與偵查學的發展趨勢，展望了未來的研究方 向與應用前景，旨在為推動高分子材料與刑事偵查的深度融合、促進偵查技術現代化提供參考。

Progress in Applied Research of Polymeric Materials in Criminal Investigation Practices

Abstract：
I nnovations i n t he t echnical m eans o f c riminal i nvestigation, a crucial l ink i n c ombating c rimes a nd safeguarding social fairness and justice, are closely intertwined with advances in science and technology. Owing to their unique physical-chemistry properties, designability, and functional diversity, polymeric materials have been increasingly applied in criminal investigation, widely and deeply, providing significant technical support for solving complex cases and improving investigation practices efficiency. This paper systematically summarizes applications of polymeric materials in criminal investigation practices, which include physical evidence extraction and preservation, trace development and enhancement, investigation equipment fabrication, inspection of contraband such as drugs, on-site protection and contamination control. It elaborates on the mechanism of actions, technical advantages, and application cases of various polymeric materials. Additionally, current issues and challenges faced in the application of polymeric materials in criminal investigation practices, are analyzed. Combining the development trends of material science and criminalictics, further research directions and application prospects are predicted. The above predictions aim to provide references for promoting in-depth integration between polymeric materials and criminal investigation, as well as modernization of investigation techniques.
