社會治理現代化視角下治安警察勝任特徵模型構建及測評工具開發

摘要：
為了對我國治安警察的勝任特徵結構進行分析，並編制適用於治安警察的多維勝任特徵問卷。首先通過行為事件訪談和開放式問卷調查等方法提出我國治安警察勝任特徵的理論結構，然後通過信度分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、效標效度分析等方法檢驗治安警察多維勝任特徵問卷的心理測量學指標，結果表明，本研究編制的包含23道題六個維度的治安警察多維勝任特徵問卷的信效度指標良好，可以作為測量治安警察多維勝任特徵的有效工具。

Building a Competency Model and Developing an Assessment Tool for Police Officers under Modernized Social Governance

Abstract：
To analyze the competency structure of police officers in China and prepare a multidimensional competency questionnaire suitable for them, a theoretical framework of competency characteristics for police officers in China was first proposed through methods such as behavioral event interviews and open-ended questionnaires. Subsequently, the psychometric properties of the Multidimensional Competency Questionnaire for Police Officers were evaluated through reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and criterion-related validity analysis. The results indicated that the Questionnaire, comprising 23 items across six dimensions, demonstrates good reliability and validity. It can thus serve as an effective tool for the measurement of the multidimensional competencies of police officers.
