澳門旅遊景點智慧防控研究

摘要：
澳門作為世界旅遊休閒中心，遊客量持續攀升以致治安壓力劇增，傳統防控手段難以應對複雜風 險。本文以澳門旅遊景點智慧防控為對象，融合智慧警務與旅遊安防實踐，通過實證調研與大三巴案例分 析，聚焦智能技術整合、警務實操難點、跨部門協作、防控效果評價四大核心研究問題，剖析技術、制度、 運營層面核心問題，從技術路徑、制度機制、人才建設三方面提出優化方案，為澳門構建高效智慧防控體系 提供實踐參考。

Research on Intelligent Management and Crowd Control in Macao Tourist Attractions

Abstract：
As a world tourism and leisure center, Macao is facing mounting tourism safety pressure due to the continuous growth of tourists, and traditional prevention methods cannot cope with complex risks. This paper takes the intelligent prevention and control of Macao，s tourist attractions as the research object, integrates smart policing theories with tourism security practices, and focuses on four core research issues: intelligent technology integration, policing practice difficulties, inter-departmental collaboration, and evaluation of prevention effects through empirical research and case analysis of the Ruins of St. Paul’s. It analyzes the core problems in technology, institution and operation, and puts forward optimization plans from technical path, institutional mechanism and talent development, providing a practical reference for Macao to build an efficient intelligent prevention and control system.
