人臉識別於城市安全體系的應用

摘要：
城市是社會交流和文化交融的中心，一個安全、穩定的城市環境有助於建立和諧的社會和穩定的秩序。本文通過探究警務工作對城市安全體系建設的重要性，說明強化城市安全有賴科技強警的建設。由於人臉識別技術的不斷革新進步，本文亦將探討如何將人臉識別技術應用於澳門的警務工作之中。本文以治安管理、交通管理、場所管理和出入境管理為例，闡述人臉識別技術對城市安全和警務工作的好處，以作為澳門對人臉識別系統的硬件升級、軟件配套、人才配備和完善相關法律建議之完善方向。

The Application of Facial Recognition in Urban Security System

Abstract：
The city is the center of social exchange and cultural integration. A safe and stable urban environment helps to establish social harmony and social order. This article uses the importance of policing work to the construction of the urban security system to explain that strengthening urban security depends on the construction of technology-enhanced policing. Due to the continuous innovation and progress of facial recognition technology, this article will also explore how to apply facial recognition technology to policing work in Macao. This article takes public security management, traffic management, entrance and exit management and immigration management as examples to illustrate the advantage of facial recognition technology in urban security and policing work, as the direction of improvement for hardware upgrade, software support, talent allocation and proposals for refinement of relevant law of artificial facial recognition system in Macao.
