摘要：
隨着科技快速發展，高新技術不僅為社會大眾的工作與生活帶來便利，更為警務工作開創嶄新可能。本文聚焦大數據技術發展及其在犯罪偵查中的應用價值，通過傳統偵查手段與大數據輔助模式的對比分析，系統闡述其在警務工作中的創新優勢與實務路徑。研究特別針對澳門地區推廣大數據技術所面臨的挑戰，透過問題導向的分析方法，提出具有在地適應性的優化方案。

The Application and Challenges of Big Data in Criminal Investigations

Abstract：
With the rapid advancement of technology, high-tech innovations have not only brought convenience to the work and daily lives of the general public but have also opened up new possibilities for policing. This paper focuses on the development of big data technology and the value of its application in criminal investigations. Through a comparative analysis of traditional investigative methods and big data-assisted approaches, the study systematically explores the innovative advantages and practical implementation pathways of big data in policing; it also specifically addresses the challenges faced by the Macao region in the promotion of big data technology, and proposes localized optimization strategies by employing a problem-oriented analytical framework.
