保安部隊人員面對創傷後壓力症的影響及處理

摘要：
本文從歷史發展的視角介紹創傷後壓力症如何被發現及界定，創傷後壓力症引起的症狀，對一般人在身體健康、生理機制、睡眠和心理健康造成共病的影響，甚至對保安部隊人員的影響，以及針對創傷後壓力症常用的輔導方法，還有保安部隊對於創傷後壓力症的處理，期望日後在有關方面能建立本地化的研究，加強大眾對保安部隊人員工作的認識。

Effects and Treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Security Force Officers

Abstract：
This article introduces how post-traumatic stress disorder was discovered and defined from the perspective of historical development; the comorbidity impact of symptoms caused by post-traumatic stress disorder on health, physiological mechanism, sleep order and mental health of society at large, with an emphasis on security force officers; the commonly used counseling techniques on post-traumatic stress disorder; and the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder by the security force officers. It is hoped that localized research can be established in the future to enhance the public’s understanding of the work of security force officers.
