澳門警察職業使命感與親社會行為的關係

摘要：
本研究基於自我決定理論、社會認知理論及社會交換理論，探究警察的職業使命感與親社會行為之間的關係。通過問卷調查，對390名基層警員進行數據分析，結果表明：1.警察職業使命感顯著正向影響其親社會行為；2.自我效能感在職業使命感與親社會行為之間起部分中介作用；3.組織承諾也在職業使命感與親社會行為之間起部分中介作用；4.自我效能感與組織承諾在職業使命感與親社會行為之間形成鏈式中介作用機制。研究結果對於警察的工作績效有着重要意義，也可以為警務管理和政策制定提供新的指導和建議。

The Relationship Between the Career Calling and Prosocial Behavior of Macao Police Officers

Abstract：
Based on Self-Determination Theory, Social Cognitive Theory, and Social Exchange Theory, this study examines the relationship between police officers’career calling and their prosocial behavior. Data analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey involving 390 rank-and-file police officers. The results indicated that: 1. Police officers’career calling significantly and positively influences their prosocial behavior; 2. Self-efficacy plays a partially mediating role between career calling and prosocial behavior; 3. Organizational commitment also plays a partially mediating role between career calling and prosocial behavior; 4. Self-efficacy and organizational commitment form a chain mediation mechanism between career calling and prosocial behavior. The research findings hold great significance for police officers’job performance and can provide new guidance and suggestions for police management and policy formulation.
