  1.
"Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao";
  2. The above document should contain:

a.
a multiple "(Type S – Business) Endorsement for Hong Kong and Macao" valid for 3 months or above; or
b.
a multiple "(Type T – Family Visit) Endorsement for Hong Kong and Macao" valid for 3 months.
    Note:

1.
Holders of a "(Type T – Family Visit) Endorsement for Hong Kong and Macao" are required to use the conventional passenger channels for entry clearance when they first arrive at Macao. Then they may proceed to the registration locations to have their fingerprint templates captured for the Automated Passenger Clearance System. After successful completion of the registration process, they are entitled to repeated use of the e-channels for immigration clearance within the limit of stay granted upon their first arrival. If their stay in Macao exceeds the limit of stay granted, they will be considered to be overstayers.
2.
Holders of a "(Type S – Business) Endorsement for Hong Kong and Macao" will receive an arrival slip from the system when they use the e-channels for entry clearance. The arrival slip contains the visitor's personal information, date of entry, conditions and limit of stay. Visitors should read the information carefully and keep the arrival slip during their stay in Macao.
3.
The above residents of Mainland China can still use the conventional channels for immigration clearance no matter their fingerprint templates have been captured or not in the registration process.
4.
Any change in the information registered for the Automated Passenger Clearance System (e.g. a new "Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao", a new "(Type S – Business) or (Type T – Family Visit) Endorsement for Hong Kong and Macao" will affect the visitor's eligibility to use the e-channels. The visitor will have to register again.
5.
Minors aged 11 to 17 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and produce the birth certificate of the applicant and the identification document of the accompanying parent or guardian for registration. (If accompanied by a guardian, the proof of legal relationship should also be provided.)
