  Target Groups and Application Eligibility
  1.
Statement to prove the applicant is in application procedure (Type A Statement): Persons who are making an application to the Immigration Department and have a dossier opened;
  2.
Certificate to prove the fingerprints are collected from the applicant (Type B Certificate): Persons who need to use this certificate to apply for a document which is required in the application at the Immigration Department;
  3.
Certificate to prove the document is copied from the applicant's dossier (Type C Certificate): Persons who have made or are making an application to the Immigration Department and have a dossier opened;
  4.
Certificate of record of "Special Authorization to Stay" for foreign students (Type D Certificate): Foreign students who had studied or are studying at a higher institute in Macao and are granted "Special Authorization to Stay".
  5.
Certificate of China resident's employment status in Macao (Type E Certificate): China residents who lose their "P.R.C. Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao".
  6.
Certificate of limit of stay granted in "Authorization to Stay" (Type F Certificate): For persons who need this certificate to prove to a public department or private organization in Macao that they are granted valid "Authorization to Stay" by the relevant unit of our Department.

Other certificates issued based on information in dossier (Type G Certificate): Persons who have made or are making an application to the Immigration Department and have a dossier opened;
  8.

The application letter should contain: (1) the applicant's personal information; (2) the fact to be certified; (3) the purpose the certificate/declaration serves.]
  2. Copy of applicant's valid identification document;
  3.
Copy of the travel document used for entry/exit the Macao SAR during the period stated in the application (application for "Certificate of Personal Movement Record" only).

MOP15 for the first page, MOP5 per following page (including copies of the documents in the interested person's dossier).

Certificate to prove the document is copied from the applicant's dossier: 2 working days [Refer to remark 2.2) for details]

Certificate of record of "Special Authorization to Stay" for foreign students: 2 working days [Refer to remark 2.2) for details]
 
  5.
Certificate of China resident's employment status in Macao: by 16:00 on the next working day [Refer to remark 2.1) for details]
 
  6.
Other certificates issued based on information in dossier: 3 working days [Refer to remark 2.2) for details]
 
  7.
Certificate of personal entry and exit movement record: 3 working days [Refer to remark 2.2) for details]
 
  Remark
  1.
We started to register the movement records of passengers electronically from January 1994. Therefore, certification of movement records registered before January 1994 cannot be provided.
  2.
"Quality Criterion" refers to the time of processing required by service units (excluding time of waiting in a queue and postage time for documents sent by mail) calculated in the following manner:
    1)
from the moment when the service unit received and confirmed that all the required documents had been correctly prepared.
    2)
from the next working day following the day when the service unit received and confirmed that all the required documents had been correctly prepared.
